A resident of St Petersburg, FL, Rusty Rich came up with the idea for As They Gathered because he would frequently give food and clothing to the homeless. With the growing homeless crisis he decided it was time to take it to the next level to have access to more resources available as a non-profit organization. Rusty’s background extends to communications and marketing, playing a role as a consultant for MCA Russell Johns, an advertising agency located in Tampa, and as the President of Latitude Park, a web development and marketing company. A resident of Seminole, FL. I became a part of As They Gathered because of the mission to help those in need. I have always had a desire to help others and I have participated in many events to help raise money for different charities and have helped countless times in collecting items to give to the homeless such as food and clothing. It has always been a goal for me to join a non-profit organization that would allow me to help others as much as possible.
